Igwababa Workshop

Halloween is coming up fast and Igwababa is busy with a new ebook on some Halloween crafts for the kidlets (and their parents) to do. The ebook will feature projects using polymer clay, felt material, wire and things you can find in and around your home. Keep a look out for it!

There will also be some artwork like a desktop calendar for October and spooky wallpaper and icons featuring the mutant fire pumpkin and his little candycorn "friends"

What's Happening?

As I've mentioned before, ~~I broke the old website~~ the old website is undergoing a little work. We've decided to take this ~~disaster~~ marvelous opportunity to convert some books to Amazon's Kindle format, so soon they'll be available to purchase at Amazon's Kindle store

This is, understandably, taking some time. Especially since I don't have a power cord for my Mac (broke that too, I'm dangerous) and we have to ~~fight~~ negotiate over one computer.

Again, in the meantime, I leave you with more clay art!

Clay!

I've been busy lately learning how to make things with seed beads so I've neglected the clay side of things for a while.

My big project at the moment is to photograph everything I've made that's still around so I can post it up here or on the normal site at some point. I didn't realise quite how much stuff I'd made until I tried to photograph it all. Some of it is well... not so good.

I will be posting some work from tomorrow. For now, it's midnight and time for sleepy artists to go move the cats so she can crawl into bed. So I leave anyone and everyone with my Love Octopus:

Hi. Welcome to our temporary home. Our main site, Igwababa.com, is undergoing a little T.L.C (I broke it). So while it's recovering from my interference, most of the content will take refuge here. The only things not available at this stage are the eBooks on the Bookshelf page but they'll be back soon.
